Jeremy of Homedale, ID I met with InventHelp's guy and put in a downpayment. We signed a loan agreement thereafter and now I'm waiting to get the letter back saying all the contracts that they have gotten, if they got me.
Their rep has been easy to contact and has been really good about getting back on time. I'm satisfied with the service.

Notice the only thing that has been invented which was a hundred years ago is the Slip N Slide.
Do not let this company fool you.
It DOES NOT MATTER HOW MANY QUESTION YOU ASK NOR THE INFORMATION YOU READ, THIS COMPANY IS GOING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN BESIDES RUIN YOUR CREDIT!
In the month of July of 2008, I went to the company called Invent Help.
This company is for people whom have inventions and want it on the Market Place.
Invent Help, helps people to launch their ideas and claims they help put your product in the Market Place.
I personally do not believe this to be true due to the fact of why I am writing to you today and the information I have been learning in the past few months.
I get is a lot of hot air!
On July 8, 2008 I was asked signed papers stating I give Invent help permission to research my product to see if there are any other products similar to my invention and to check the patent aspect of this product. The fee for this was $1000.00, which I agreed to pay and was paid in full based on Mr. Fosters information given me, at the time.
Mr.Joe Foster. whom is one of the spokes people for Invent Help.
The results came back as, there are not any products even close to my invention and the idea is patent-able.
I then was told I would have to pay a SMALL FEE for the Company Invent Help to get my product out into the Market Place which when a buyer comes a long , on top of the so called SMALL FEE which turned out to be $12,000.00, Invent Help wants from me , I would then pay Invent Help 22% of any offer made on my product if it is sold or displayed.
I was given a hundred papers or so to read.
I take all the information home to read with many of questions I needed answers to.
My main question was what if I say yes to all because I have money today, but I loose my job tomorrow and can not afford to pay being the payments are going to be $300 + dollars a month and the total amount due is $ 12,000.00 + . I explained to Mr. Foster I do not want to have a problem with my credit in the future nor do I want to be in debt over this?
Mr.Foster informed me and I quote The company that you will be paying your monthly payment to is a PRIVATE Company hired by Invent Help and works for us (meaning Invent Help) and will work with you if you have a payment problem and does not reflect your credit.
Mr. Foster said we (meaning Invent Help and Universal) will put your process on hold until you are able to pick up the pace of your payments and as far as your credit goes, being that Universal is a Private Company hired by US (meaning Invent Help), we have nothing to do with putting any marks on any persons credit if we had to stop the process of Marketing your product.
Money became extremely tight since January of 2010 and I have tried to understand why neither of these companies are willing to do what was said by the Invent Help company's Mr.Foster spokesman said BEFORE I SIGNED if I ran into a finance problem.
I have been arguing with both companies over this project for the past two months. Now I am out of $6,000.00 and my invention is not on the Market.
I called Mr. Foster and wanted to know why BEFORE I SIGNED the papers I was told one thing and a year later I have fallen on financial hard times, why is it that what was said by you (meaning Mr. Foster) when I signed the papers is not what is being done?
His reply is he will call the company and talk with them. In the mean time I have pulled my credit report and low and behold on my credit I am in the hole for 3 months of none-payment to the company of Universal which I was told is a private company and will not impare on my credit. I did get a call back from Mr. Foster and the reply is there is nothing he can do, he spoke to this person and that person. I said I do not understand , YOU SAID BEFORE I SIGNED TO AGREE TO THE TERMS, I WOULD BE ABLE TO STOP THE PROCESS AND PICK UP WHEN I AM BACK ON MY FEET AND THAT NO BAD CREDIT MARKS WOULD BE ON MY CREDIT!
I also told Mr. Foster UNIVERSAL IS ON my Credit Report.
This is not what you said would happen.
I know, not feel, I KNOW I HAVE SIGNED THESE PAPERS UNDER FALSE INFORMATION AND I WANT ACTION.
This company has NO RIGHT to have people sign papers under false information which is a bunch of smoke being blown in unmentionable places and being taken advantage.
I do not believe Mr.Foster when he says, he did not know the process would be unable to stop nor do I believe he did not know my credit would be marked BECAUSE HE SAID THIS WOULD NOT HAPPEN AND IT DID.
I believe he did know this information before I signed the papers and still had me sign these papers anyway, but just did not care as long as I signed and if in the future I would fall on hard times because he did his part in false having me sign these papers and he still collects his check with out a problem which means he has earned his Browne points for the company of Invent Help and Universal which now he is acting like Universal is the company I signed with, but I was told I am with Invent Help, but this is not the case. Suddenly Universal is the one calling the shots and the Company Invent Help is on the back burner as a sister company.
I want action.
On top of this, this SCAM COMPANY INVENT HELP sends me every 3 months the same list of companies Invent Help claims they have sent my product to.
It is the same ALL THE TIME With the same list of companies.
Its as though there are 20 companies in their data base and every other month they change the lay out of the list, but if you read the list, they are all the same just in different order.
DO NOT THINK FOR ONE MOMENT THAT THIS INVENT HELP COMPANY IS GOING TO PUT YOUR PRODUCT ON MARKET BECAUSE IT IS A SCAM AND BEFORE YOU PAY $300.00 TO $12,000.00 LISTEN TO ME.
Anonymous that to me is a great idea! Honest Inventors trying to get our inventions to people who truly give ***!

To prove my point, why doesn't Invention Help company state their average customer success rate?
In other words, how many customers of theirs who have spent thousands of dollars paying Invention Help and all of those other misleading companies that will create a package describing your product and soliciting it to so-called "interested companies probably interested in your product/invention" whose product was NOT seen as important or profitable enough to want your product?
Show us the percentage of Invent Help customers that have had their invention accepted by the various companies that MAY/MIGHT HAVE BEEN INTERESTED!
The average success rate is ONLY 3% on every single one of these misleading Invention Help Companies! FACT!
And how come on the list of so-called satisfied customers of Invent Help have never listed their product to the people reading their posts on various websites?
That's because THEY NEARLY do NOT EXIST. Please, save your time and money and pride and DO NOT allow these type of "wishful thinking Invention Help Companies" to mislead you and draw you in when they are encouraging and allowing you to think and believe that your product could actually be one of the 3% products that are excepted by Product Manufacturing Companies.
I also paid over 12,000.00 dollars and got nothing in return

they sent me a package and i drown and explain my idea in that package with confidentiality letter and sent it back to them and i never hear from them for two month.
I received a magazine and my invention exactly the product which was my idea was in that magazine for sale. they business is stealing your idea and they play with you for month and sale your idea to Chinese manufacturer or investors here .

They got me for $15,000 and they basically did a patent search and made a computer drawing of my invention...THEY ARE CRIMINAL!!! If you are thinking about working with Invent Help DONT!!! Go buy a car instead of throwing money away on NOTHING!!
So is patent USA the same? How is it supposed to work because they want us to pay for blue print and for one he signed a confidential form...
We haven't paid for anything yet but we got a call from patent USA and said no out of pocket fees? I am lost, help!!
I went through a similar situation but realized I was sweet talked after investing half. I paid for a book & a basic patent search that a high school student could produce all for $1000.
The company has a 1% success rate?!? The second meeting didn't go so well, as I told him this was a crock of ***.

I had the same problem. InventHelp rip me off 14,000.00usd and all I received instead was a bunch of letters with the name of the "manufacturers" to whom they were trying to sell my product and of course it never happened.
They are scam and they know it. Bunch of liers!!!!!!
I now ponder if United Patent Research Conduct their business in a Unscrupulous manner and leave inventors hanging with no results. I leave it All in the Hands of GOD and Pray for the Best.
I have had the exact same issue. What it is Invent help has people taking out loans for them then you make their monthly payments.
However; there are no words in the contract that says you will be responsible for the loan if you drop out or breach the contract if your not satisfied. Read your contract carefully. The law suit in this matter would be under the deceptive practice act. You could win what you put into Inventhelp as well as proof of them getting you the bad credit punitive damage.
Hope this helps, oh hurry! You have 2 yrs to file a law suit from the time it took place.
I had the same experience, its a mail order company they do little to sell your product. They E mail out a flyer on your design and never make contact with any of the factories.
Only if someone should inquire on the product will they pick up a phone.
Basically I threw $10,000.00 out the window and into their pocket. George Foster should be ashamed of himself for representing this *** company.
I am very concerned about this too, I do not know how upfront this company is. My husband is getting ready to give them money also that he doesn't even have.
He says it's our way to financial security. I believe we need real security, but are we going to get it thru this company or are they just a rip off? I really need to know before we do this. My husband has built it up like we are really going to make lots of money and be worry free.

Contact Lambert & Lambert, they work for free. If your product can make money they will take it on.
If their research indicates there is no money to be made they walk away. They give an honest evaluation at no cost to you.

Hi there thank you so much I had invent help call me when I signed up for help with my invention you saved me they wanted me to send a rough draft of my product and I know something about this is fishy so they don't give you what they say? Ya that's messed up America has been taken over by greed and corruption everything we buy is so cheap imagine a world where we could have our great ideas go in front of people real people who can actually say wether or not that would be a great idea or that won't be useful to me look how many useless things we are shown an this company has the one commercial where they show the slip an slide guy and it's funny bc. Robin leach never spoke about that guys mansion on cribs but actors who pretend an don't add anything but a voice an face to pre written lines on camera lens which is less costly per minute millions or epic amount of money while these little vampire corps take the blood out of our veins an charge us money for the same things regular people invented over time an would love to profit from but the greed where does it I end if I could get two of the three ideas I have off the ground than I know somehow they would take it from me these companies are fraudulent an we as American people condone it bc we allow it to go on under our nose an we laugh at others misfortune an say under our breath they should have been smart they should know it's to good to be true.

Just recently fired invent help. Same issue as you universal just sent me a letter to pay up or report me. Oh I'm getting an attorney for sure.

I was called at 10pm at night and not understanding who would conduct business at this time. The number was a Pennsylvania phone number.
I was informed to fax kit back instead of mailing.This was a red flag. Why is the corporate office in Pennsylvania contacting me and I i live in Tx.

Hi I am truly sorry you went through this situation with this company. I barely have any money and living on a monthly income.
So for two companies to have no heart to care about the outcome and the emotional effect this has been on you as others clients like you, there is no word that I can express of how some people can be that cold hearted. It make me believe that there is no company that inventhelp actually contact through business it just their own secret made up side business or better yet the two business are working together robbing innocent people. That is why inventhelp is still running commercials, they just have not got caught yet. I hope you get your hard earned money back and more.

After reading them I realised right away their a scammer. Mary with invent help followed up with me via phone, and again a month down the road. I then googled invent help and all I'm seeing is scam scam scam.
I won't make the same mistake. The Feds should put a stop to this ***.
I reached out to inventhelp and someone by the name of Brian Shore has contacted me several times about coming in with my "idea" . My appointment is scheduled for tomorrow Saturday, December 12, 2015 and after reading this I canceled my appointment. Prevention is better than cure.
my marriage just ended because of this company. my husband hid this from the whole family, we had no idea where thousands of dollars was going.
i was convinced he was on crack. he is disabled with brain damage on top of that. he is basically giving his whole check to this company. he quit paying the bills and denying his son his basic needs.
all this on the heels of thanksgiving and christmas.
he came and got his stuff thanksgiving day while me and my boys was at my sisters house. we are left with nothing!
Sue them for deceptive practices and everything they have done to ruin your invention. Thank you for your information I am glad to know they are not worth working with. Research how to do your patent yourself and cancel your contract because they lied.

And they had me sign a cofidentiality form witch i did he told me everything you are saying but he said i would have to pay a total of 845 because he was going to give me a 100 discount making it that price he said i can put 250 down and if i can pay that off in 30days there would be no apr got me thinking. Good thing i came across thos article.so what am i suppose to do know i really whant my idea to come to life but i dont know the step and i dont wanna get ript off. I went to invent help today but became very concerned. Came home and did some research glad I found this article.
All I signed was statement of cofidentiality and disclosure statement & disclosure prior to contract.
NO money exchange walked out. Wish I didn't sign that.

I have two invention ideas (and prototypes) and am just starting the research to get them patented and to market. I'm glad I found this site BEFORE committing my hard earned money to Invent Help or Davison. Thanks!
Do not use Innovation Direct, they are almost as bad. It could have been worse but I pulled the plug on them. My invention is at a stand-still until money drops out of the sky or I take one step at a time so I can pay as I go.

I have a meeting with Amanda from invent help at 11am i sign a confidentiality form yesterday so that we can talk about what i need to do...moving forward i just want my product patent not marketed
I called invent help years ago about an invention I had. They mailed me a packet that was for describing the invention and drawing a diagram or picture of whatever the invention is.
I opened the packet, wrote a detailed description of what it was and drew a somewhat decent picture. Then I got a letter in the mail from invent help telling me that they couldn't get involved with my invention because dhec and other organizations would hVe to get involved.
Next thing I know, I'm seeing my exact invention being sold on the home shopping network.
I didn't invest or lose any money but somebody stole my idea and made millions for themselves

Who gives $1000s to a company advertised on TV and then hopes everything will work out?
People have been complaining about this company for years. If I were you I would track down the names you know and talk to them in person. Be creative.

They contacted me after I wanted some information for an idea I had. Needless to say, I never contacted them back because I felt they were a scam.
You will most likely pay more money to get the product out there rather than what you would get back in revenue from this product. This company needs to be shut down.
I went through the same thing with inventhelp ,it is a rip off .you must read your contract very carefully they tell you in so many words that they are going to rip you off . DON'T USE INVENTHELP!!!!

The worst part about this is that George Foreman is advertising for these crooks. I wrote George and ask how he would let these thieves us his good name. I got no response.

i believe they stole my idea, I am so hurt I don't know what to do at this point... I told them before at the beginning that if there was money involved I could not afford to give them...
they said its ok they would still help after a few days they ask me for 1400 I believe and then they called back with a lower price. At this point I already gave them my idea.

My balance is less than $3000 and I can't afford to pay any more. I found out they reported my husband who is the co inventor to the credit Agencies without a word from them.

I recommend looking up BasicPatents.com. It explains in short term what the proceedings and prices are on average basis.

i just went there 2 day ago it was 945 to get the patent referral and 10 grand to 15 grand to get it advertised im looking at the papers right now

Inventhelp is nothing but a scam! The same *** happened to me for the tune of $10,500.00.
They did nothing but blow smoke up my rear end. I hope that all their employees die a slow painful death!
This story is very scary, Many of the As seen on TV companies are based out of New Jersey These are the companies Inventhelp sends your items to. I happen to work for one of them.
These companies will review your item free of charge and tell you right then an there if it will work on TV and make you an offer. Go direct to the source is my recommendation.
What are the names of these companies ? And where are they located ?
You can find out by yourself. Just google the products that you see on tv and find out the companies that are selling them.
I've never understood why people are paying Invent Help to do anything (and they're paying more than $10,000+ to this scam each).
Save your money to hire a good patent attorney, and then once your patent application is filed then go to the companies yourself to pitch your product. If you're not willing to put in the sweat equity to find the companies and pitch the product you're never going to make any money from an invention, no matter how great the idea is.
Why is the spelling so bad in some of these comments? It makes me wonder if they are all being written by the same person.
This makes me as suspicious as, the company (Invent help) itself. I want to believe that these complaints are valid, but the typographical errors as well as the grammatical errors concern me. It's like the same someone who has a problem with the company is truly trying to bring others into their beef with this company.
But just so it's clear, I will NOT be using this company because, the things that are stated over and over, let's me know there is some amount of scam and deception going on. So I truly thank you, or you-all for the heads-up.

I wish I could afford an attorney. They took my money and was angry when I requested updates which were not provided.

Quit paying them. Why pay a dollar more knowing that your credit will most likely be damaged anyway.
With all the money Foreman has, I would recommend he take a few elocution lessons. Invent Help comes across as Envenna.
I Listen to this every morning on TV. "Call my friends at INVENTHEMP" I don't even call them Invethelp anymore.
I personally don't know much about the company, except for a person named Quintero who claims to work for them and has contacted me several times to schedule a meeting at his Manhattan office to discuss my invention. I'm a little iffy about it because once you're locked into a contract, you're bound by its terms, like them or not. My advice to anyone with an idea or invention is to patent it on your own using reputable companies like LegalZoom. ( https://www.legalzoom.com/ ).
I got my Provisional Application for Patent through LegalZoom for about $250. This is the first step to getting full patent consideration for your idea. I don't know what the final cost will be yet, but I'm confident it won't bankrupt me. Once you have your full patent, you can hire an attorney to handle all the legal matters concerning the sale or development of your invention.
This may cost you around $1,000 or so. If your invention has merit, this is a worthwhile investment because of how much you stand to earn if developed.
So put off buying that used Camaro of Mustang you've had your eye on. If you're going to gamble your last $1,500, a patent for your idea may yield the better long-term benefits
Sorry, but you got scammed by legal zoom too. A provisional application is normally a waste of your time and money (especially if a lawyer didn't prepare the provisional for you!).
They expire in a year and you have to file a non-provisional application within a year. The provisional applications that legal zoom has you pay for do NOT result in a patent. You MUST file a non-provisional application for a patent examiner to examine and for the patent to issue as a patent.
Don't waste your money with legal zoom.
Save your money and hire a proper patent attorney to file a non-provisional patent application for you. It will cost a lot more than $1,000 to get a patent (sorry but that's the truth). To give you an idea, as a "micro entity" solo inventor here are the types of fees you'll be paying (most are required and some are just likely like the RCE and time extensions): basic filing fee $70, search fee $150, examination fee $180, RCE fee $300, reply time extension fees 1-6 months $50-750, and if the patent is allowed then there is the $240 allowance fee followed by maintenance fees to keep the patent alive due at 3.5 years ($400), 7.5 years ($900), and 11.5 years ($1,850). These are just some of the fees the patent office charges.
That's not even including what your attorney will charge along the way in order to prepare the application and file responses to rejections from the patent examiner.
Expect the patent attorney to charge thousands of dollars to file the application and respond to the rejections. I'd budget $10,000 to $15,000 all together to get a patent.
How is this company (Invent Help) allowed to still be in business as well as have advertisement on TV presently 9-24-14? They should be out of business by all the lawsuits that should have happened.

I had the same exact thing done to me as a matter of fact I am going through it now his name is Paul Foster and his office New Jersey, he told me exactly the same thing. I am also receiving the same bogus list of companies it's been going on three years and I should've had my products on the market and in stores I now Paul forced to see that the products are already out here but my type of product would be easier to make because they make these things every day.
These people are out to get whatever they can from hard-working citizens these people they are not God conscious if they were they would not do what they do to people I believe they are greedy selfish crooks. They are now hounding me for the remaining of my $13,000 which I don't have and which I don't intend to pay.
If they want to get paid then the only way they will is if they put my products on the market and in the stores like they lead me to believe that it could be and would be Paul Foster told me that I should go ahead and do it but when I signed the papers they said did anyone persuade you or say that it was a good idea I answered yes ....which he (Paul Foster) did but sent the forms back and said that I should not say that because the company will get in trouble for giving me advice . Instead of invent help doing right by others they rather rob people of their life savings and hard earned money then to really make money on products that are presented to them from other people I believe they still Ideas have us finance the money and they get the money and we have to pay it back and we gain nothing but a bad credit score and in debt I hope someone out there can do something about that company shut them down audit them and put them out of business and make them pay back the money that they stole from us

I believe "Invent Help" and "Davison" are connected. They are both out of PA and they both have you signing an agreement saying you can only bring a lawsuit against them in their State.
Which means they pay off the Judge(s) to always be in their favor. And, think about it; by the time you have lost thousands of dollars to them you have to reread your agreement because they will remind you that you signed and agreed to this. Now how many of you outside PA are going to move there to file your suit?
A suit can take months even years so they are betting they won't be seeing you, EVER!
pretty much had the same thing happen with Davison out of pensylvania they did protype which was my original design,marketing report which I never got.visuale reality that was 1 picture,so here I'am 6.000 in the hole and they want 300.00 for each company they contact,companies I've never heard of.I think these companies are all the same.just want your money which is sooo sad they get your hopes up and drop you flat on your face.

If what the guy promised is NOT IN THE CONTRACT, HAVE HIM PUT IT IN THE CONTRACT, if he does not, DO NOT SIGN. It is basic.

Yes I believe you the same exact thing was told to me and I ended up paying the same amount of money and got a bunch of papers with names of company's they never found any one that wanted my idea im out of $6500 and only received a pro folio of my idea and hecka bills from universal and that inventhelp was located in san Bruno, ca full of bs

If it's not in the contract, it's not in the contract. Sorry to say, but it sounds like this is entirely the result of your negligence in researching the terms of something you signed and agreed to.

STOP! Don't invest a single dollar into your invention -- help company you're thinking about using to solicit your so-called great idea until you read this:
Invention Home company as well as all of the other invention - help companies will take your money and you will get nothing for it in return! This is a 97% accurate statement!
Only 3% of inventions/ideas solicited by these invention - home companies are accepted by manufacturers/private companies. Invention Home told me this. I believed at least one of the two inventions I paid them $6000 to make a product presentation of my inventions and solicit it to potential manufacturers/private companies would have fit within that 3%. WRONG! I foolishly believed my two inventions/ideas would be accepted and produced by a manufacturer or private company. I honestly believed my two products would have sold well in the stores if produced and presented. I believed this because the products I invented were extremely useful and appreciated because I enjoy using it at home as well as my friends, family and neighbors. They all said they agreed with me how useful and beneficial like two products were and they still have and use the prototypes I made and gave each of them. Does this sound familiar to you regarding your inventions/idea?
This website indirectly solicits possible customers to lawyers to consider taking on the case for the people who place posts at this website regarding dissatisfaction with a product or service of a company. I think it's a great idea and I hope this website continues it. But, no lawyer can help me nor any of you other inventors out there regarding this problem. These invention - help companies spend thousands of dollars making sure they worded the contract properly which you sign in agreement before you pay them thousands of dollars to create a product description package of your idea/invention and solicit it to so-called hundreds and hundreds of potentially interested manufacturers or private companies.
At the end of the year of my two inventions being solicited by Invention Home they told me they had solicited my two inventions to over 400 and 600 various manufacturers/companies related to the idea/invention. How did they come up with that number?! I looked on the Internet for all manufacturers and companies related to my two inventions and only found a handful, worldwide. And when I ask them about those 400 and 600 related manufacturers/companies they would not tell me who they were, as agreed to par the contract/agreement I signed prior to paying them $6000 for soliciting my two inventions.
All of these invention -- help companies lead you to believe YOUR INVENTION may indeed be one of the 3% accepted products by a manufacturer or private company by simply telling you that they see some unusual unique ideas/inventions excepted which most people would not think Manufacturers would accept. But, what they don't tell you is the true facts: The only products excepted by manufacturers are those related to the medical industry or some handy dandy tool for home use like the ones you see on info commercials late at night on TV. You never get to see how successful or unsuccessful those handy dandy tool sales are through those late-night info commercials.
Invention Home lead me to believe my products just might make it and be accepted by a manufacturer or private company by NOT TRYING to make me realize how slim the chance I or any of us have in getting a manufacturer or private company to purchase our idea/invention.
Invention Home receives approximately 2 or three new customers a week continuously, as I was told by them. Which means, obviously, they are taking approximately $6000 a week, $312,000 minimum a year and ONLY 3% of those customers will have their ideas/inventions accepted and used by companies, as I was also told by Invention Home. In other words, 97% of those customers have just lost all of their money, hopes and dreams of having their product become successful and available to others at stores.
PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE, which cost me $6000 to learn about, DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY to any of these intervention -- help companies because your product WILL NOT BE EXCEPTED! Unless it is a medical tool or device or something like a 12-in-one screwdriver for home project use!
The most practical, simple, direct and immediate way to begin sales of your product is to manufacture it yourself using your money, your hands and your home to build these products. A perfect example I can share with you is what I did with one of my inventions about 15 years ago. I came up with an idea/design to quickly and easily remove scratches on fast food restaurant bathroom mirrors. The concept was simple. To remove scratches from the mirrors which the neighborhood Hispanic gang members love to scratch by signing their name or gang sign on I simply designed a mirror system with a replaceable shield covering/protecting the mirror. So, now the scratches on the mirror could be removed in three minutes time and at a cost of about three dollars. The fast food restaurants really love the idea/design because it meant they don't have to close down the bathroom for a half hour while the mirror companies replace the scratched mirror. Within a 50 mile radius of my home I sold and installed over 150 of these mirror protection systems and brought in over $18,000 in the first four months of business! I also did not spend any money or time in a patent search or patent protection for my product.I believed it was a completely new concept and the big companies would not come after me if they did happen to have something similar to it. I wasn't rich and I was just a private individual trying to make some money on an idea I came up with and could find no one else with anything similar to my idea/invention. And companies/corporations are not going to waste their time and money on one individual selling a few items related to their product. They will simply tell you to stop making it immediately or they will take legal actions against you. That's all that will happen. I did pay my state taxes on profit made from that mirror protection system.

To the guy that says maybe your invention just plain sucks, he probably works for invent help because they are scam artist. During trying times companies like this who I call dream catchers work on the people who want to win.
In this case it is an invention.

Invent help had scammed the many in here as a API called invention submission substance company did to me back inn the 1970s. That company's name was, Raymond Lee Organization.
They were located in New York City at the time and after speaking to someone there and drawing my invention/idea on their grid paper and submitting the same to them, several months went by, I attempted to contact them by telephone, however they never responded. Long sorry short, one day my dad called me from the living room to rush and check out the news. The report on channel 7 news in New York, was an exclusive investigation on this company our fictitious company called, Raymond Lee Organization! The idea never came out as I had drawn it up, however some attributes of the idea I have to RLO, have been integrated into the office electronics since then.
These people are predator with allot of pull and knowledge of laws and bylaws, our else they would not get away with their unscrupulous acts. We consumers must demand legal protection from the government or obtain legal representation before ever thinking of submitting any ideas that can cost us dearly, to all of these predators.
People, before submitting anything to any body claiming they can help you with your ideas our inventions, first try to patent your idea with the department of parents in your city. At least if we have a patent, these process cannot or should not be able to stall the same from us.
